Joseph Morabito is president and chief executive officer of Paragon Global Resources, Inc. and its subsidiaries, which include Paragon Relocation Resources, Paragon Real Estate Resources, Paragon Financial Resources and Paragon Career Resources.
Mr. Morabito has more than 25 years of relocation industry experience. As a pioneer and innovator in the field, Mr. Morabito has worked with clients throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, touching virtually every industry with delivery of management consulting services. Prior to founding Paragon 18 years ago, Mr. Morabito held positions in senior management at Premier Relocation Services and Merrill Lynch Relocation Management, the predecessor to Prudential Relocation Management. Mr. Morabito has been published in industry publications including Human Resource Executive and Mobility and has been a featured speaker at a variety of conferences and written about in the Wall Street Journal.
Mr. Morabito holds a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in foreign languages; a master's degree in education with emphasis in personnel administration; teaching and education administration credentials, all from California State University; and is a Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP). In 2003, he took a position on the Employee Relocation Council's Public Policy Committee, which assesses and handles business risk and opportunities arising from legislative, regulatory and judicial actions, domestically and internationally.
Mary Legate, CRP, Senior Vice President, Global Diversified Services
Mary Legate is senior vice president global mobility and diversified services for Paragon Global Resources, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Ms. Legate has been in the relocation industry for more than 22 years. She is responsible for several functional areas at Paragon including business alliances, quality assurance, learning resources and human resources. Ms. Legate also heads three of Paragon's subsidiaries: Paragon Financial Resources, Paragon Career Resources and Paragon Real Estate Resources.
Before joining Paragon in 1988, Mary Legate managed all aspects of client relations and operations at Merrill Lynch Relocation Management. Ms. Legate graduated with a BBA from Stephen F. Austin University in Texas and is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP).
CRP, Senior Vice President, Global Relocation Services
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Selders' insight plays an essential role to the success of Paragon Global Resources' business development strategies. He oversees the development for Paragon's newest subsidiary, Paragon Real Estate Resources, Inc.
Craig most recently served as a vice president of Weichert Relocation, where he was accountable for the business operations in the South and Southwestern United States. Prior to this, he worked as a senior vice president of client services for Prudential Relocation where he managed the company's North American client base. Mr. Selders has also served as president of the western region for Prudential Relocation.
Mr. Selders maintains a Certified Relocation Professional designation and has earned the Meritorious Service Award from the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and has served on numerous committees and panels for ERC and other industry conferences. He has been published in various publications such as Mobility and Energy World and holds a Texas real estate license. Mr. Selders has a bachelor's degree in business, with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Janelle Gerber, Vice President of Real Estate Services, Affinity Services, and Paragon Career Resources
Ms. Gerber has been with Paragon for the past 13 years and currently serves as Regional Vice President of Real Estate Services, Affinity Services, and Paragon Career Resources. Ms. Gerber is responsible for the development of each of these divisions and launching and creating the operational protocol for our Real Estate and Move Services program.
Ms. Gerber has more than 25 years of experience in the relocation industry and has served in various capacities throughout her career including Account Manager and Account Director.
Before joining Paragon, Ms. Gerber was an Operations Director for Home Equity where she had responsibility for such accounts as Honeywell, UPS, IBM, General Mills and Caterpillar. Ms. Gerber has also been the recipient of Paragon's President's Award, the highest honor Paragon gives each year.
